SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.

Orders ship Monday through Friday through USPS unless an item is listed as preorder.

Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

SHIPPING CARRIER

All HER WAY CO orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

This tracking link will allow you to monitor your package and estimated delivery date.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holiday shipping volumes, or USPS service delays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

HER WAY CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by USPS.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact their local USPS office for assistance.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
